INSTALL REQUIREMENTS
--------------------
1. The live site must use HTTPS.
2. Open home.php in Chrome/Edge/Android browser.
3. When install eligibility is detected, an "Install App" button appears at the bottom-right.
4. On iPhone/iPad Safari, use Share > Add to Home Screen.

PWA BEHAVIOUR
-------------
- Launches directly to home.php.
- Runs in standalone display mode when installed.
- Uses a service worker scoped to the current application folder, so it works correctly under /v2/ or another subfolder.
- Dynamic PHP pages are network-first to keep CMS data current.
- Static CSS/JS/images are cached for faster loading.
- Previously visited pages can be available offline.
- An offline fallback page is included.
